Single-cylinder rear-tilt unloading machine

Simple structure: The overall design is relatively straightforward, with the platform’s rear-tilting motion driven primarily by a single hydraulic cylinder system. This results in fewer components, a compact layout, and no protruding parts on the ground, enhancing vehicle safety. Smooth operation: A single hydraulic cylinder provides stable actuation, ensuring a gentle and controlled rear-tilt during unloading, with minimal excessive swaying. There is no need to address cylinder synchronization, leading to improved balance.

Side-tilting unloading machine

Dual-cylinder synchronous drive: Two high-flow, high-performance hydraulic cylinders operate in sync to deliver powerful yet smooth lifting power, ensuring that the unloading process is free from uneven loading and jamming. High tipping stability: The main beam and load-bearing platform are constructed from high-strength steel and feature an optimized structural design, providing exceptional torsional rigidity and fatigue resistance.

Lift platform

Rail-guided lift platforms are designed for cargo transfer between floors in two- or three-story industrial buildings, restaurants, and banquet halls. With a minimum height of 150–300 mm, they are particularly well suited for workplaces where excavating a pit is not feasible, and they require no overhead lifting points. Available in various configurations—single-column, double-column, and four-column—the equipment operates smoothly, is simple and reliable to operate, and provides economical and convenient cargo handling. The rail-guided lift uses a direct-acting hydraulic cylinder to raise the load platform to the designated position via a hoisting chain, performing the functions of a hydraulic elevator. It can be equipped with either a single or dual hydraulic cylinder, and the lifting frame, load platform, and guide rails are fully aligned and positioned by guide wheels, ensuring the stability of the load platform.

Integrated hydraulic system

The system features a modular, integrated design comprising a power unit, an actuation unit, and auxiliary units, which are interconnected via hydraulic lines to form a closed-loop circuit. A pilot-operated relief valve is installed between the power unit’s outlet and the auxiliary unit’s inlet to enable multi-stage pressure regulation and provide overload protection for the system. Additionally, a high-precision pressure sensor is mounted between the power unit’s outlet and the actuation unit’s inlet to continuously monitor and feedback the system’s pressure status, thereby providing data support for intelligent control.
