PRODUCTS CENTER

The product is widely used in docks, platforms, warehouses, and other settings. It serves as an auxiliary loading and unloading device designed to work in conjunction with forklifts. With this equipment, forklifts can drive directly into the interior of a truck compartment to perform bulk loading and unloading operations. Operated by a single person, it enables safe and efficient cargo handling. Custom designs are available to meet specific customer requirements regarding dimensions, load capacity, and other specifications. The dock leveler is installed along the side of the loading platform, flush with both the platform’s floor and its side surfaces. The deck of the dock leveler can be tilted upward or downward, allowing its outer end to rise above or sink below the platform surface so that it aligns precisely with the truck bed.

Suitable for industries such as mining, sand and gravel aggregates, coal, grain, and chemicals, this equipment serves as the first stage in the production line, handling the reception, temporary storage, and uniform feeding of various bulk materials.

The hydraulic lift-type belt conveyor is a highly efficient material-handling device that integrates horizontal conveying with height-adjustment functionality. Powered by a stable hydraulic system, it enables smooth and precise adjustment of the entire machine’s height, allowing flexible alignment with trucks, racking systems, or production lines at varying elevations and effectively addressing the challenge of conveying materials across height differences in fixed installation environments. This equipment combines robust load-carrying capacity with exceptional flexibility. Its sturdy frame structure can withstand heavy loads, while its simple operation significantly enhances loading and unloading efficiency and reduces labor intensity. Widely used in logistics warehousing, port terminals, and manufacturing, it is an indispensable key piece of equipment for modern handling operations, capable of markedly optimizing workflows and helping enterprises reduce costs while increasing efficiency.

The system features a modular, integrated design comprising a power unit, an actuation unit, and auxiliary units, which are interconnected via hydraulic lines to form a closed-loop circuit. A pilot-operated relief valve is installed between the power unit’s outlet and the auxiliary unit’s inlet to enable multi-stage pressure regulation and provide overload protection for the system. Additionally, a high-precision pressure sensor is mounted between the power unit’s outlet and the actuation unit’s inlet to continuously monitor and feedback the system’s pressure status, thereby providing data support for intelligent control.
