The gantry-type grain-reclaiming machine is a highly efficient core piece of equipment used in modern large-scale grain-storage facilities’ grain-processing centers for the loading, unloading, stacking, and transshipment of bulk grain. Its main structure consists of a massive steel gantry that spans across the grain pile; the gantry can travel longitudinally along ground-mounted rails, while the reclaiming arm mounted on the gantry can move laterally and adjust its height, thereby achieving full-coverage operation over the entire rectangular material-pile area.
Mobility: Equipped with mobile mechanisms such as tires or track-based locomotion systems, the equipment can be flexibly relocated between different work sites. Low site dependency: A single piece of equipment can serve multiple warehouses and operational locations. Vehicles do not need to queue centrally; they can park in a distributed manner, significantly enhancing overall logistics efficiency.
